Remindly ("Remindly", "we", "our", or "us") operates the website https://remindly.xyz and provides a cloud-based clinic management platform for healthcare teams (the "Service"). - Account data: name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you register.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device/browser information collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
- Clinical content: appointment details, patient records, reminder text, and scheduling data you enter into the Service.
- Billing data: subscription tier and payment confirmation. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers.
- Communications: any messages you send to us via email or support channels.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your account and workspace.
- Deliver the Service, including sending appointment reminders on your behalf.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Send transactional emails (e.g. verification, password reset, billing receipts).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
